Summary

Lead UX strategy and execution for the Build, Test, Release (BTR) pillar within Core Developer Platforms. Own end-to-end design for complex, highly technical products—streamlining fragmented tools into cohesive, scalable experiences.

Key Impact

  • Legacy developer workflows were fragmented and inefficient, with redundant tools and a highly complex onboarding process. Redesigned the CI/CD workflow and system map for Google developers, streamlining processes and improving usability.

  • Led the end-to-end design of Test Fusion (developer testing & monitoring platform), increasing engineering productivity by 32%, reducing debugging time by 33%, and achieving a 81+ user satisfaction score. Received the Google Impact Award (2021).

    • Introduced personalized dashboard on developer roles for easier monitoring of code submissions (Local testing, Presubmit, CI)

    • Implemented a Grid view with failure-detection timeline UI, enabling quick scanning of 100 test histories for faster debugging

    • Partnered with teams to integrate tools/features into Fusion and unify UI across platforms.
